Advertise with Orycon
Orycon 37 presents our advertisement opportunities for 2015. Explore the possibilities of creating a printed publication that convention attendees will look upon, or an online addition to the official Orycon 37 website.
The format tier you choose depends on the type of information you wish to share.
Online advertisements would be viewed on either a by month basis or other predetermined lengths of time. Tier 1 would share your basic logo along with a direct link to your website. Tier 2 would share your logo as well as some basic information. Tier 3 would share a headline spot of the page, along with your logo and basic information.
The publication that Orycon presents to convention attendees welcomes you to share its space at the printing press. Tier 1 shares a business card size of information, Tier 2 shares a quarter page, Tier 3 shares a half page, and Tier 4 shares a full page. As a premium, the inside front cover or inside back cover are also available. We are also offering space in the pocket program book.

SOUVENIR BOOK AD ART SPECS
Our souvenir book has a limited number of color pages. All paid, full-page ads will be given priority placement within the color pages. Premium full pages ads for the inside front and back cover are guaranteed to be printed in color and can be purchased at a special rate. Ad swaps with fan groups are available but placement within the color pages can not be guaranteed.
All ad space reservations (including ad swaps) must be made by Oct 14, 2015.

Ads may be submitted in TIFF or PDF formats with files flattened and all fonts embedded. The document (canvas) size must be the same as the ad size. All graphics should be CMYK color mode (no spot colors) at 300 dpi/ppi at 100% images size (with no crop marks).
Ad bleed preparation: Ads with a bleed should be created with an additional ⅛ inch trim allowance on all page edges (4 sides on full page ad, 3 sides on half page ad). The final trim on our publication is 8.5”w x 11”h with a 0.5” page margin.
